Takanabe Bosai Dam (Japanese: 高鍋防災ダム) is an earthfill dam located in Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan. The dam is used for flood control and irrigation. The catchment area of the dam is 13.4 km2. The dam impounds about 14 ha of land when full and can store 1194 thousand cubic meters of water. The constr
uction of the dam was completed in 1968.
