St John the Baptist's Church is a redundant Anglican church in the village of Stanton, Suffolk, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. Only the tower is intact, the body of
the church being roofless. The remains of the church stand to the west of the village.
