Lo shahrestān di Chegeni (in persiano >شهرستان چگنی‎) è uno dei 12 shahrestān del Lorestan, il capoluogo è Sarab Dowreh. Precedentemente era parte del territorio dello shahrestān di Khorramabad. Un tempo si chiamava shahrestān di Dowreh , poi dal 2018 ha assunto il nome attuale.
