Costruita nel 1763 da Placido Notarbartolo, duca di Villarosa. Questa è l'unica villa bagherese in stile neoclassico, e presenta un elegante porticato con alte colonne d'ordine corinzio. La villa è proprietà privata ed è adibita a ricevimenti.
