Nelsons Island or Nelson Island or Île Legour is a small uninhabited island in the Great Chagos Bank, of the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean. As a protected nature reserve, access to the island is strictly restricted. The island is administered by the British Indian Ocean Territory, an overse

as territory of the United Kingdom, but is due to become part of Mauritius following a 2025 agreement.
