Excellent vegetarian restaurant with an organic vegetable garden, multilingual library, and handicraft shop. They train local youth in organic farming, cooking and running a restaurant. Eat in small, open bamboo huts placed around a small enclosed garden. Delicious fruit shakes. Closed on Mondays.
