Kaunas, Lithuania
The castle was built in the middle of the 14th century and is the oldest building in Kaunas. Today the round tower houses an art gallery. The castle is open to tourism, and hosts occasional festivals. Nearby is the nice '''Santakos park''', at the confluence of the two largest rivers of Lithuania -
the Nemunas and Neris.
