Ii Station (飯井駅, Ii-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West). The station is promoted by a local government as "the station with the shortest Latin name", based on the fact that, while the
