Teatro inaugurato nel 1984, il palazzo è costituito da una capiente sala (1864 posti a sedere). Vi vengono allestiti spettacoli di varietà e a volte ospita anche gruppi musicali. A Febbraio vi vengono proiettati film in concorso al festival cinematografico di Berlino.
