Cefn Sidan (Welsh for 'silky ridge'; also known as Pembrey beach) is a long sandy beach with dunes, which form the outer edge of the Pembrey Burrows between Burry Port and Kidwelly, facing southwestwards over Carmarthen Bay in South Wales.
