1848 Rose Cottage This cottage was built for Thomas Henry Duthie by Malay builder Ajardine for the use of Charles McMaster and his wife Ann, who arrived in Table Bay from Plymouth on 27 January 1846. The original roof of thatch was built by Watton, another employee of Duthie. The cottage was complet
