This chapel was built on the site of the home of Elizabeth Ann Seton. Her daughter, Rebecca was born here. The Setons lived here from 1801-1803. Mrs. Seton, wife, mother, educator, and foundress of the Sisters of Charity was canonized September 14, 1975. This tablet erected in loving devotion by New
