The Peareson-Winston House. Col. P. E. Peareson, a Civil War veteran and lawyer whose firm practiced in richmond almost a century, moved this house to this site in 1869. The builder is not identified, and there have been Victorian additions, but the house retains great dignity. Peareson relatives li
