Bilyana Island (Bulgarian: остров Биляна, romanized: ostrov Bilyana, IPA: [ˈɔstrov biˈʎanɐ]) is an ice-free island in the Aitcho group on the west side of English Strait in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica.
