Antimonumenta

Mérida, Italy

An antimonumenta was installed along Paseo de Montejo, in Mérida, Yucatán, on 25 November 2021, the date commemorating the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, during the annual march of women protesting against gender violence. It was inspired by similar protest sculptur

es installed in other Mexican cities.
