Ancien couvent de Franciscains installés à Kaysersberg en 1460 (inscription). Cloître construit en 1460, église consacrée en 1483 et remaniée en 1780 (inscription). Ensemble transformé en hôpital en 1853. En janvier 1945 : des obus ont occasionné des dégats sur la toiture de l'ancien couvent.
