Edifice en granit du 18e siècle dont les plans de l'hôtel sont attribués à Soufflot. L'exécution en serait due à un évêque briochin qui envisageait d'y installer l'évêché. A l'intérieur, un escalier en pierre avec rampe en fer forgé donne accès aux étages.
