l-Rahman Al-Saqqaf (Arabic: عُمَر ٱلْمِحْضَار بِن عَبْد ٱلرَّحْمَٰن ٱلسَّقَّاف, romanized: ʿUmar al-Miḥḍār bin ʿAbd Ar-Raḥmān As-Saqqāf), a Muslim leader who lived in the city during the 15th-century.
